    I received it promptly in the mail which was very much appreciated. However, what really stood out was that, when a part in the wheel was somehow damaged during shipping, the vendor sent out a whole spare part of the item (equivalent to most of the initial purchase) to allow me to have a functioning set to work with. Very responsive vendor that cares about customers getting what they paid for, no matter what. Overall a great interaction!

    I either selected the wrong parts or the wrong parts were delivered. Contacted Seller and they responded within mins and gave full refund. Very happy with outcome and would use seller again.

    very nice product. worked all fine, bought 2 and both were perfect. the box may be beat up but the wheel was fine. one of them were missing a part of the clamos, contacted support, and they shipped me it within 1-3 days i forgot. nice customer service.

    Not properly categorized. Open box is supposed to come with all the things a new unopened item would arrive with. Seller took no responsibility and was not easy to work with. Seller assumes buyer to know what no usb nano receiver means. Seller offered buyer an insulting amount of money as a partial refund. I missed the deadline to return item. Would not buy from again. Seller please block me so I don't see you items.
