My lamp arrived broken. Seller made many promises to fix while trying to get me to cancel my return order, all were lies she just wanted the return canceled so she could steal and not make good on any promises. I waited and waited for promised parts but they never came. This is the most unpleasant experience I have had any will never buy from her again. Sellers like this make eBay have a bad reputation. She should not be allowed to sell. BEWARE BAD SELLER & LIAR!

This customer was demanding, rude and impatient. I tried to make them happy but was meet with demanding attitude. I could tell that not matter what I did they would not be happy. That's why I accepted the return. All they have to do is return the item and they will be refunded. I would not sell to this person. If you look at my feedbacks you will see I always try to make it right. And they are just trying to be petty. Us as sellers need to be able to defend ourselves against people like this.
