  Ordered this black urn only to be told next day that it was out of stock despite advert saying 8 available. I said that I would have a blue one instead, it arrived today, it's very nice and I'm happy with it, well packaged.

  Exactly as described. Good quality & sturdy tube. Not a nice subject to discuss but needed to split 3 ways, ordered 3 small tubes & just had a small amount left, so if ever in same situation I would go for the next size up. Prompt delivery, would highly recommend.

  Finally got it yesterday 1 week later than expected ,poor communication from sender, to take £170 from a customer when none instock. I wouldn't have minded if I was told.
