First shipment was lost by the post office. Seller kindly sent another without charging any more. VERY recommended seller!!!

The item never arrived. The seller did issue a refund. However, this is the second item I order from this seller which did not arrive. Also, did not reach out to me to try to communicate the issue. Sorry, I really dislike leaving negative reviews, but if I'm being honest, not the best service.

The US Postal Service lost this item. I shipped the item on time as shown by the tracking. I refunded the buyer when it was clear that the post office had lost the item.

Item shipped was as described. Not certain what happened during shipping but delivery was delayed for an inordinate amount of time. Seems it was likely a problem at an enroute post office, but once contacted, seller made good and shipped a new product again. This one was received promptly. My overall impression is that the delay was caused by the post office and not the seller.
