The fabric had several holes in it. I contacted the seller and was told they would have to check their cameras?? And reminded of return/exchange policy. I didn’t want to return or exchange, I only wanted them to send me enough of the fabric (without holes in it) in order for me to finish my project!

We feel that this buyer is trying to get a free product. There is no way that a fabric that has as big of holes in it that she is saying would be sent out. We have several steps to verify each order to make sure there are no mistakes. Also, every order is cut straight from the bolt from the manufacturer. They would not send a bolt with wholes in it either.
