This wristlet wallet doesn’t have a pull on the zipper. Every coach wallet wristlet does. And it has a sticky film on it. Gross

I would never intentionally send an item out in this condition, and I have never had an incident like this since opening my store in 2015. I have apologized and refunded in full this customer. I’m very sorry she had this experience. Again, my sincere apologies to her.
