Very bad service do not go here. Terrible communication where I had to constantly chase to get an update. 1st order apparently stuck in shipment replacement order they didn't update me on until chasing multiple times to then say they are processing my refund as the replacement part was damaged and no more left. This issue has taken a month to be told I'm not getting it. This has cost me a fortune with my car off the road and a lot of emotional distress. DON'T BUY HERE! Zero rating

I checked eBay and it said delivery was 3-5 days from payment. I paid immediately and waited 5 days , I had no car during this period. On the 5th day I messaged the seller, asking if it was dispatched as it had not updated on eBay. I was informed with screen shots that it’s not 3-5 days and these screenshots were not on the advert. I replied with screenshots proving it says 3-5 days and the seller did not care. I then went to Mercedes and got the part next day delivery and half price. 10 days
