Had issue with the item (LED Headlight for Dental Loupe) where the battery was causing the LED light to get hot - I think it was just bad cells in the battery as I have had a number of these same exact items - but these things can happen. Seller returned item quickly with full refund. Would do business with seller again, highly recommend.

This headlamp is huge and looks like the ones on Amazon, which I could’ve gotten for $40! I’m very disappointed in it!! I thought it would be the same size as a Lumadent light and IT IS NOT. Is bigger than a nickel in size!!! It makes my glasses fall down my nose so I have never even used it. I tried it on and took it right back off and it’s still in the bags like it arrived. Very unhappy with this purchase, I advise you to spend the extra money and get one through Lumadent.

I'm sorry you had a bad experience. This product has been on eBay for over five years with great reviews. Our headlight is way better than the $40 one on Amazon in terms of color, brightness, quality, and texture. We're sorry you find it hard to use. We recommend using a head strip to hold the loupes.

The item was as described and arrived earlier than expected. The loupes are lightweight and good quality. I believe these are great introductory loupes and I can’t wait to see how they hold up in practice. Seller is fast and reliable!
