The item arrived, packaged with care. The item I received was exactly as advertised. It was in perfect condition according to the listing and it came in PERFECT condition. Ebay tells you its shipped when the seller makes a label but that doesnt mean its shipped or even arrived at the postal cartier. It “shipped” on the 16th. The seller didnt ship it until the day before it was supposed to arrive. I paid on march 15th. The delivery range was the 19th-23rd and they were shipped on the 22nd. They arrived on the 25th. I was disappointed because everyone says they have super fast shipping and fast communication.

I reached out to the buyer and offered to upgrade her shipping to priority due to the delay, or give a full refund with my sincerest apologies. They said it was totally fine she didn't want an upgrade or a return. I had an unforeseen circumstance happen that week and my orders were running a few days behind, I explained this to her and wanted to accommodate in whatever way I could. Each seller has different processing windows, shipping upgrades are available at checkout. I offered free upgrade
