    I've purchased loads from Kays. I'm a retired Professional Mechanical Engineer, used to using good quality engineering materials. Kays provide the full service, good quality Stainless Steel, and all tensiles of bolts, nuts, washers, and other ordinance. They can provide advice online, and even can do special requirements at a reasonable cost. They're service is second to none, and postage quick in good packaging, I live North Scotland! I just can't find better than Kays Fasteners.

    Item dispatched the same day as ordered. Due to delivery issues with the carrier (Royal Mail) the item took nearly a week to arrive even though it was posted as a 24 hour delivery Having contacted the seller, they were quick to offer a solution. I have no issues in dealing with this seller again. A++++++++++

    An awesome product which arrived in good time. A different seller failed to send me identical items, wouldn't communicate with me and only issued a partial refund despite me having proof from Royal Mail that the items were not delivered. That's when Kay's Fasteners filled the void and provided the parts I needed to get a project completed. The ordering process was hassle free and delivery was very prompt. Thanks to this seller and their quality products, my project is back on track! :)
