The customer service was excellent for this transaction. There was an issue with the item I received (because of slight mistake, it was different from the item listed and from the listing photos), and seller settled the issue very promptly to my entire satisfaction. Seller seemed honest and very willing to correct their mistake. So in the end I am happy. Good communication and very good customer service. Thank you !

I am a plush collector and I bought this at a high price expecting it will be authentic Pokémon center plush, has attached paper tag and tush tag as the photo provided on the listing. But what I received was a plush which is clearly a counterfeit, poorly made, has no tush tag and the paper tag detached and sent separately. I contacted the seller he/she immediately refunded without saying anything. Also it took over two weeks for the item to be shipped I was told to cancel and repurchase.
