  Excellent item, arrived exactly as described. Seller provided excellent packaging, not too excessive yet the item remained safe. Very happy that this came with all the original packaging and and parts. Seems as if the item is new with an open box. The price was fair, which made me not mind the shipping cost, though if it was me I could probably shipped it cheaper. Nonetheless trusted seller, Thank You.

  Seller sold me extra small sport flexi but advertised as a medium at a medium flexi price. Once I expressed my concerns the seller issued a partial refund. Shipping was timely. Great condition. Glad seller made it right.

  All parts pictured were received, shipping may have thrown tools out of slots. No tools were damaged or showed signs of use. Yes, the tool kit is damaged and it was stated in title, description, and in pictured. Can't beat the price for a full kit.
