they sent ac unit with wrong ducted flange..was in touch with seller about problem that the one they sent was wrong.... keeps giving me the runaround . also they tell me its a common problem...know one is familiar with the product..they dont get back with you on the issue.. its a big inconvenience.....the ac maybe fine but dont know at this point thus have not run... but the seller is no help..

Greetings buyer, The square to round adapters we sent you were the correct ones that Goodman recommends for the package unit you purchased. The adapters are designed to be 3" wider & 3" higher than the opening on the supply side to allow for movement to align with the ducting. Our tech also sent you the smaller square to round adapters for free so you could try those. The tech supervisor also called you to help you understand installation of these and discuss other options with you.

Item was never shipped and I notified the company to get a shipment date and they never gave a date. I noticed the company increased their price on the product $200.00 after I paid in full for the unit at a lower price. I had to request a refund.
