Item did not ship and received no updates or communication from seller. Purchased 7/11. Made inquiry on 8/7 regarding shipping (no tracking had been provided). NO RESPONSE. 8/11 inquired again as I still had no tracking info. NO RESPONSE! On 8/13 I was issued a refund with absolutely no explanation. Disappointed at the lack of willingness on the sellers behalf to be transparent with delays or issues.

Item was never shipped. Seller didn't respond to any of my messages, and finally after 31/2 weeks they refunded me stating that there was a problem with my address. I have ordered many, many items before and after this one and have never had an issue with my address. This probably should have been a negative feedback, but in the end, I finally did get my refund without getting ebay involved.
