Here's how it went: enclosure arrived with the subs not fully seated. The installer had tried to force them to fit in the too small hole and ended up stripping the screw holes and failed at seating the properly. I removed them and found damage from the forcing. Seller offered $20 to "pay for a repair". Wow. Suffice to say that did not cover it. Also one of the subs was blown. I had to ship it back, wait for them to inspect it, then send another one. 3 week process.

First off , the seller is a liar . I ordered a wiring harness and was told 24 hr shipping. After three days of no movement and calling the sellers post office . I contacted the seller and asked for a refund . 2 hrs later they claimed that it was too late and had already been shipped and was already on a USPS truck . I contacted that post office again and they said that they don't pick up from the seller, the seller brings it to them and that they hadn't received it yet . Dishonest scammers.
