It's not the seller's fault. The item was not the correct size. I didn't have my girlfriend's suitcase when I ordered the part to measure, nor was I aware of the two different models, JY-A002, which I needed, [see pic] and the JY-A003, I received. I probably could made it work by making the suitcase cutout a little larger, however, it did not come with the back. Again, it's not the seller's fault. If you need to replace one of these, don't be like me and assume they're the same size.

Ordered these on 4/22/24. It’s now 5/10/24, still never shipped out. Not a USPS issue, they were just never sent out. Seller did respond and say he was going to send them out again, and never did.

The product was never sent. The seller does not care about your time. Your time is totally irrelevant to him, So much so that he will ask for more of your time to ship the product instead of giving you a refund: But this is only to waste more of your time so he can procrastinate longer. The product never sent, the product was never received, shopping label never changed from "awaiting item"

This seller will waste 2 or 3 weeks of your time, and then ask for a second chance -only to waste another week of your time. He doesn't actually have the products or will get so backed up that he's too lazy to ship all the orders. This seller claimed the fastest shipping out of all options- I could've gone with another seller and got the product faster - but even worse I could've actually got the product. With this seller, I did not receive the product ever; nor has the tracking label changed.

A repeat purchase item because of its versatility The seller is great to work with & these are a great product to have use of. The seller's diverse inventory is truly appreciated.
