    No complaints well packaged fast shipping awesome deal but i love a challenge. Sellers great will buy from again. It took about a half day to get it up and running spent more time installing all my stuff but i am estatic at the speed and performance this laptop provides. Highly recomend this seller product was as described but not a difficult fix.

    AVOID!!! Or you will be buying a “Pig in a Poke” The Good: Rapid shipping and great packaging. They did answer email. The BAD : The Dell 5810T, was advertised as having a 685 Watt Power supply stated clearly in the description...they even had a picture of it. What I received was a 425 Power Supply. Once contacted and explained that I wanted what I paid for they offer compensation equal to the lowest 685 Power supply they could find on Ebay. They did not want to exchange. ZERO STARS

    No need to be rude. Due to our mistake, you agreed upon a compensation that covered the cost of the part needed, as we did not have an extra one to send you.

    I ordered two new x5670 CPUs, but received only one. The other box held a smaller, unidentifiable chip that was clearly not new and definitely not a x5670. Seller said they could not send a replacement, despite having multiple more posts of the same items up, and offered a third of the price+shipping as a refund. It took that because I have no interest in spending more time fighting this. In the end, it’s poor customer service to send a fake item and not replace it. Order at your own risk.
