I bought refurbished and they ran out of stock delaying my order by weeks. They told me they sent me a brand new item as well as a free gift to make up for the delay. Instead, I received not a new unit, not a refurbished unit, but a used item, dirt, defects and all. Their customer service refused to replace the unit and now I’m left without the item I paid for over a month ago and won’t have it for another upcoming trip. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!
