    Shipping seemed to be delayed (USPS) & I was unable to track package, as it did not have info that the item had even shipped (when it stated on email it had shipped). Seller got on phone & called USPS & asked for update. Also asked USPS to update their tracking information on line. I then got item soon after. Good seller help!

    ITEM supposedly lost enroute to me. Tracking never got past shipping, enroute or delivered. Sad, as I really wanted the item and expressed that to sellers. SO...I never received the item. I did get complete refund eventually. First they gave me shipping back, when neither of us saw it, I got refunded . They say if it ever shows to them, they'll TRY to send it again,,this time all FREE! That doesnt take sadness out of a one of a kind item no one else has, but it helped having a good seller.Tonyaa

    Pretty sock yarn. Only one skein sent; GREAT communication with seller. Another skein was immediately put into the mail and received sooner than promised. Mistakes can happen to anyone, but this seller went above and beyond to make sure that I was happy with my purchase. I wouldn't hesitate to buy from them again. As soon as I can, I will.

    Seller was wonderful!! Kept me well informed of shipping and delivery, was kind enough to take care of a shipping issue when it came up. On top of that, the yarn itself is beautiful! Definitely will buy from this seller again.
