The items purchased were just as pictured. They were well packaged, shipment was prepared the same day. I had a few questions about purchasing buy it now items with an auctioned item. Responses were very quick and detailed. The seller went even further to make sure of the eBay shipping policy to make sure of the rate and then contacted me to make certain we were all on the same page.

I placed this coin in a 2x2 flip, then wrapped the 2x2 in cardboard, then folded that into the packing slip secured with tape. I put that into a bubble padded envelope & shipped w/ tracking & insurance. I take these meticulous measures with every single coin and have for 23 years. I'm sorry I didn't have, picture or advertise a capsule. I'm sorry if the coin fell out when opened. I hope today is better. Thank you for your purchase & positive feedback. I'm glad you like it
