  Item was purchased on the 24th and not in the hands of post office till the 28th, so a bit of a delay. Perhaps because of long weekend? Seller was reasonable and refunded me a few dollars for the delay. She did send it priority mail to speed it on its way. So, seller was responsive and I would purchase from her again.

  Shoes are nice, new in box as described. So I am glad I bought them. But packaging needs improvement. Seller put box just in paper envelope (not bubbled), also address sticker should secured, as i was falling off by touching.
