SCAM (IMO) - I ordered a $500 vacuum and received one where the motor was rusted and did not operate at all, among other broken parts on it. I returned this item and seller has not refunded and ignored all requests. Case opened with Ebay!

I ordered on 5/13/24 to ensure my shirt would get here in time for a themed party I wanted to wear it for. Estimated it would be here by 5/21, however, I still haven’t received it, & wrote the seller. They told me they didn’t ship it out because they had it somewhere in storage & didn’t get to it. Unsure if it was misplaced, or they forgot. Still haven’t received yet, but will update once received. So far, unhappy that I still don’t have it, & hope it’ll arrive in time for the party.
