I had decided to buy a bigger controller. I spoke the shipper about returning for a bigger controller. I asked about an ebay return label and was told he didn't know how much that would cost and to just send it back. I returned it at the post office at the same time I received it. Maybe it's just a coincidence but oddly enough the package was "lost". Out of 100s of packages that I have received and sent, this was the first one to just dissappear. Refund through Ebay only

We apologize for the inconvenience, but packages getting lost before we receive them back is outside our control. We are not able to process a refund unless we receive the item back, and in its original condition. Please check with the courier you used to send the item back to us and ask them to start a trace or an investigation. If they end up finding it and successfully deliver it to us, we will gladly issue the refund. We appreciate your understanding.
