    The item is even nicer than the pictures and is in excellent condition. The seller kept it well, and I will get many years of use out of it. It is in ready-to-use condition. However, the dust bag has a few stains on it, but I was surprised that the seller included a bag organizer insert. I would purchase from the seller again, and it was an easy transaction with excellent communication, fast delivery, and care in packaging. I recommend that all eBay users purchase from this seller.

    Super fast shipping. Shipped Thursday from Hong Kong arrived Saturday afternoon in NYC. Great condition and just as described. Communication was fast. Since we are across the globe the message would have a day delay which is normal. Would purchase again from them

    Shipping was super fast less than 2 weeks and my purse was in even better condition than described it's almost brand new looking and everything was packaged very well and wrapped with care. Very happy with my purchase I would highly recommend this seller if you are looking for pre loved luxury items.

    EXCELLENT Seller. Spending $1700 on Ebay is always nerve wracking, however this item was EXACTLY as described and pictured; the item has been authenticated and is an original. The item also arrived 5 days early! A wonderful experience, and a reputable seller. Thank you!

    Very happy with my purchase - the Brand Off team has been very responsive, kind and helpful. The bag was shipped on 13.07, and delivered on 16.07 via DHL Express, which is exemplary. The item was packed very well, had bubble wrap, and additional stuffing to keep the bag in shape. Please keep in mind that if you are purchasing from the EU, you will have to pay VAT, customs duties, and handling of customs/tax debts, on top. I ended up paying an additional 29.3% on top of the purchase price.

    Great buy. This LV Neverfull GM arrived well packaged and in better condition than expected. The seller reached out to confirm the purchase because additional ink marks were in the inner pocket. The item arrived earlier than expected too. I would buy from this seller again.
