    I have a purchasing history with this Seller, whom I very much trust and will continue to buy from. Unfortunately, the shipping box was badly damaged during Shipping, resulting in broken item inside. The Sellers was very kind & understanding, easy to relate with and, upon receiving photos, immediately shared the process for Refund. This is the first time I have ever had this happen. It was not the fault of either the Seller nor EBay. They’re both great to be associated with🙏

    There was a discrepancy between item in photos and item in description, so I requested a return. Seller was quick with initial shipping of item, item was in perfect condition, just wrong size. Seller had fast and courteous communication to remedy the issue. I was given a full refund. I would definitely purchase from again.

    What a great handbag, that looks new and is exactly as described and pictured. Communication was very swift, and the price was great. It was very securely wrapped and reinforced with heavy plastic. Shipping was very fast. I am very pleased with this purchase and I would highly recommend this seller!!

    Seller has great and very responsive communication. Items are exactly as described. Fair prices and I appreciate combined shipping. Box seemed to get stuck at the departure post office for a while but that was no fault of the seller, unless maybe the tiny shipping box was a reason. Great seller, great experience thank you!

    Fabulous candle holders! The color is beautiful! The seller’s description was accurate, and it’s always nice when fragile items are wrapped securely for shipping. Delivery was very quick, and I would be happy to purchase from this seller in the future.
