The seller didn’t acknowledge that they sent the wrong size. Just tried to convince me that sachets are better and more convenient. In the end, they resolved the issue by refunding me half the cost. (I asked them to send me another box.) Response was quick and resolved quickly, but I would think twice before buying from them again.

Which is clearly against Ebay rules, I will be reporting this seller. Something to note ebay seller...If you send the wrong item... you pay the return postage.
