  Ordered Sept 4, rec'd tracking Sept 8, delivery attempted Sept 23 (Sun), so they redelivered Mon Sept 24 (untracked Economy shipping). Phone case is exactly as pictured, arrived brand new with no damages to it despite being shipped in a small bubble mailer with no kind of protective cushioning except for the thin clear plastic packaging it is sealed in. The crossbody strap is thinner than I thought but does the job. The hooks open and close without a problem and the red color is quite vibrant.

  Item was of low quality, not as expected and had a defect. Tried to return but felt seller just messed me around until the returns time ran out. Ebay said seller will provide the postage label, seller kept telling me they couldn't and I was to pay for postage and they'll send me money after. Fortunately I've only wasted £6 on a poor quality, defected item that become too difficult to return and not a higher value. Would never purchase another item for this seller.
