Your packing was exceptional !! the egg arrived in good condition. Thank You. The only dissapointment was your description stated the item was 12 inches high. it is only 10" high. The reason it matters is that we wanted to replace our 12" egg that was broken and was the accent to our two 10" eggs that match the one we purchased from you. We are not seeking any adjustment on your part and I will give you positive feedback. We were dissapointed but believe it was an honest mistake.
