would be 5 stars but
the mirrors vibrate pretty bad, the lower spot mirrors are solid and nice, they arent easy folders nor have a locking feature letting you know if mirrors are in even positions. havent seen if they fold up or get moved in the car wash yet. you will need add a circuit's for the fuse box if you want the backup lights to work. they seem pretty solid. took maybe 3hrs to install most of the time was fighting the rubber sleeve to run the black and red wires through the wire harness door guide. front smoked lights flash when door locks and when blinker or hazards on. mirror turn signal works the same. all those features are with the plug and play so that's nice, I think the heated mirrors work too off of the plug and play wire as well from what I could tell. Good for the money
For what you pay for these mirrors they work pretty well. The installation is easy and they fit and look great. They do shake a little more than factory units. And I have had a little issue with the drivers side walking out a bit when I drive. Only about a quarter inch or so, but still. I hope they do not loosen up as they age or that could get very annoying. My factory mirrors actually got harder to extend with age, I imagine from dirt build up. Only time will tell. But overall for the money these are a good deal. For what you pay for these mirrors they work pretty well. The installation is easy and they fit and look great. Decent for the money
Tow mirrors are decently built, wire for the connection inside the door panel is alittle short but it still works. No instructions for how to wire up the lights but that's really up to you on how you want to wire them. I just ran the wires through the door into the cab and then into a fuse for the backup lights. Mirrors do shake at highway speeds but it's not that bad, you have to remember these are twice as big as standard mirrors so they are gonna shake alot more compared to smaller mirrors. One trick is to pull the lenses off and add some silicone grease.Tow mirrors are decently built, wire for the connection inside the door panel is alittle short but it still works. Good for the price
They look great, but the things I read from the negative reviews are true. The connection wire is shorter so you can’t run it in the same spot as the original so it puts pressure on the door panel when you put it back on. Also the passenger mirror and driver side mirror don’t sit in the same spot, the passenger sits a little more in at an angle then the driver side does. They do shake a little on the freeway, but when you drive a 2500 everything shakes, no big deal.
