I do have problem with this battey kit
This battery kit came with tools, that was the reason I bought this kit. It came with a plastic prying tool and few small screw drives with different tips. Actually only the plastic prying tool and a small star bit are needed for open my GPS and rest of the screw drivers perhaps are for different models? However, the plastic prying tool is junk. The blade is too thin and too weak. It broken at first prying. I had to make a metal tool to open up two frames. My metal tool caused too many ugly marks but hour later the case was opened. After swapped with the old batteries, My GPS could not turn on by the new battery (but my old battery was still able to)? I charged it overnight but next morning the GPS was not able to turn on. I charged it again for another day. It still did not ... This battery kit came with tools, that was the reason I bought this kit. Excellent battery, tools worthless
The battery is excellent and has good capacity. The tools were useless. The plastic tools are very soft and won't release the cover. The tool to remove the star screws is several sizes too large. Luckily I had the proper size star bit. I would buy it for the battery which is very good.

New Battery Renews My Nuvi
Without this battery and tool kit, my Nuvi 1450 was becoming useless when unplugged. Called Garmin and their only solution was to toss the GPS and buy another one. They were no help. So, I searched out a How-To video, found this kit, and BING BANG BOOM I'm back in business. Less than $20 saved me nearly $200. Took about 15 minutes. It takes a little skill, don't get in a hurry, and be gentle with the pry tool. Excellent life hack.Without this battery and tool kit, my Nuvi 1450 was becoming useless when unplugged. it works
Battery fit the nuvi 1450, just fine, easy to install, found video on you tube. Tool kit is good, except for the pry tool, it broke really quick, but a small screwdriver worked fine. My GPS holds a charge now. I would recommend this battery, easy $12 fix for my GPS.

Make sure of your model number
I ordered a replacement battery for a Nuvi 1300 and received a replacement for a Model 1450 Nuvi !!! Tools included were garbage !!
