    Carmen Electras Aerobic Striptease [2004,dvd]

    I loved the fact that it was fun and easy. And I loved the music and the moves. But, I didnt think it had enough cardio in it. I didnt break a sweat or get out of breath at all. I love this kind of a work out because I get bored easily with exercising. But,I also need to feel like I am getting a work out and I dont feel like this with this dvd. I will still do it for fun. But,I wouldnt count on it to burn tons of calories. And I wouldnt rely on it to replace a good cardio workout. But, I would rely on it if your feeling sexy for your man!

    A fun and exciting workout

    This video is so much fun, I actually workout to it daily. The instruction is very easy to follow and remember. Other videos are boring and do the same old stuff, stepping, walking in place, karate, or situps. I got an excellent workout and had fun doing it. It put a smile on my face. The striptease dances are fun and make me feel sexy again, after 4 kids. It's a good workout because my legs are tightening up and my buttocks has been a bit sore. It's not so racey that my kids can't see it, matter of fact, my 2 year old boy tries to do it with me! My husband thinks it's hot and loves the confidence I show when working out to it. If you need something fun that you will actually get a workout from, this is the video you need.

    Carmen Electra's Aerobic Striptease

    Let's be blunt: this DVD isn't a good workout... at least it wasn't a good workout for me. After you go though the overview a time or two, you'll have the routine down, and the routine alone just isn't a good workout because it's only a few minutes long and it's really easy. It is, however, a lot of fun! I really enjoyed learnig how to do some sexy moves and it gave me the confidence in my body to do a little dancing at home. Summary: This DVD is great if you just want to learn some provocative dance moves and sex things up a bit. If you are looking for a good workout, look elsewhere.

    fat wannabe stripper

    Ive been looking for something easy to start with to get in the mood and excercise and get fit I saw this on ebay one dya I found it very interesting I compared some prices and bought it at barnes and noble. I decided to buy the whole box set because it was cheaper then buying each dvd one at a time. I poped the first dvd in to my dvd player all extact to learn some new moves for the bed room and get fit oh was I wrong I could barely make it thru the warm up excersice. If you are phsyically fit Id recommend it if your not I would start out with something else than move onto this.

    Carmen Electra's Aerobic Striptease

    The video arrived promptly. It had not been opened previously. I had bought this video before, loaned it to a friend, and it was never returned. So , i already knew I would like it. It is low impact, the steps are isolated in presentation, and repetition is used to build upon more complicated moves. If you are not as fortunately endowed as Carmen, you have the added benefit of seeing how the combinations appear while performed by two other "normal-looking" girls. There are only a few steps that won't work for those of us who are average. Nothing is surprising or complicated. Anyone in average shape could easily build a bevy of dance moves to enhance a night out at the dance club or tease her man!! The music is a bit of a bore, however, the steps are set to accomodate almost any top 40 ...
