Quality is not that good.
I was a service technician for many years and I think that the switches are of not good quality. I hope it proves me wrong. T also do not like the way the two join together. The connections will not last. I have had 4 units and each of them gave out at that point. I am stuck using this kind because there seems to be no other way to do it. My wife and I have been drinking cappuccino each morning for about 10 years now. Can't seem to give it up. My wife loves it also. Hot coco, here I come!
I’ve gone through 2 coco lattes (the first was a hand-me-down and I dropped the second and broke the spout) and this brand is the best!

Great value for the money!
I bought this because the last cocoa maker I had died, and I needed a replacement; my sister drinks soy hot cocoa EVERY DAY. I looked at all the products offered and their ratings. This had a good rating/price combination. I like it because it's easy to use, and it keeps the cocoa hot till I pour it. I also like the price. I have mixed feelings about cleaning it. On one hand it is easy to disassemble, making it easy to clean. On the flip side, undissolved cocoa sits on the inside bottom of the back half of the mixing container, and around the very edge of the inside of the container. I have to scrub to get the residue on the bottom off, and use my fingernails to scrape it off around the edges. Ugh! Think it would look better in white or black plastic. Good product with a couple downsides
Love this thing! We had one before but it burned out from overuse. The spigot is difficult to clean, but I love that it stirs, heats and froths the hot chocolate. It’s a little louder than I remember too.

KID FRIENDLY YUMMY ENTERTAINMENT! HOT COCOA MAKER!
This is excellent for my 10 year old grand daughters, but I love it myself. We sometimes use just milk and cocoa, but there are a bunch of recipes that came with it and the ones we tried were good. Sort of a set it and forget it type of thing. I will say the reason I gave it a good and not an excellent was because I was excited about the 'frothing' feature and it really doesn't do much. Also there is a tiny drip from the tap, but that could be just my machine. Teaches the kids to measure and fix without much mess. I am really glad I bought this for them! Another thing, I feel that the price I paid was small in comparison for an unused toy or something and this will be used!This is excellent for my 10 year old grand daughters, but I love it myself.
