    Snow blower chute Craftsman

    It's close to a direct replacement to my Craftsman snowblower. If it wasn't made from flexible plastic, it wouldn't have fit. The bolt holes are almost too short to fit the bolt pattern. It appears to work for now, but I can almost guarantee that it'll need replaced again after a couple uses. The only way I could make it fit, was to put the outer edge bolts in first, and then pushing down on the chute in order to get the back bolt in. All the bolt on holes are too narrow, and too close to be a direct replacement. The holes had to be slightly modified in order to fit the stock bolts back in, and the two outside bolts are at the outer most point of allowable travel. It will cause undue stress at those points and it will fail again. The new chute doesn't come with new bolts, so you will need ...

    preformed very well

    Great product but had to modify one of holes in order for it to line up correctly (no big deal). Just got to use snow blower with recent storm and it worked very well....no more snow flying in my face or all over the engine (other one was broken at the top of chute). And the price was very reasonable. Great product.

    Back to normal

    This winter has been very taxing on me as well as my snowblower. My chute and deflector assembly had taken a beating by ice and hidden debris. Thank goodness for this replacement part. It arrived on time and as advertised. It was an exact match and now I’m up and running again.

    All plastic, but as good as the OEM.

    Hard to review a snowblower part in May. I think the part will meet the need. There is little value in the part since it is all plastic and contains no parts to install. That said, it is about 3/4 the price of the part offered by the original brand.
