Love the series, but the packaging could be a little more user friendly.
If you like the Flintstones, and want to own the complete series, this is the most economical way to purchase it new. I am, however, not impressed with how the discs are packaged. The box looks like a neat little flat screen TV, but the discs are crammed inside two little book-like folders inside the box. It is somewhat difficult to shake the discs out of the folder slots, or try to pry the folder open enough to grab the edge of the disc and pull it out without seemingly scratching or damaging the disc. Although sliding the disc back into the folder is easy enough, I still feel as though the disc could be easily scratched doing so. I wish they would have made the box a little thicker, and put the discs in jewel cases. One could purchase each individual season to have the discs in ... I guess I'll just have to be extra careful and patient handling the discs. ;)

The Flinstones Box Set was so good I bought two.
I remember watching the Flinstones on our black and white TV before colour TV's came out. I was looking for a gift for my 10year old and thought the Flinstones might be good for her as she likes the old showes like Hopalong Cassidy Movies. I found the supplier on ebay in Canada and purchased the complete Flinstones Box Set. It arrives quickly , I have been watching all the eposodes with my daughter and can remember them from all those years ago. All the eposodes are in colour and look fantastic. My daughter loves watching The Flinstones, she is on her second time through. I was so pleased I bought another Flinstones Box Set for my three Grandaughter for Christmas 2011. Get Reacquainted with The Flintstones!
Where have The Flintstones gone? Not on TV anywhere--who even knew that there was a complete series on DVD? I bought them on ebay, and must say that I simply can't get enough of them. I'm having so much fun watching Fred's antics, and remembering just exactly what I always loved about this cartoon. My 8 year old daughter is enjoying getting to know this beloved cartoon favorite from my childhood. Crystal clear picture and perfect on my 46" Samsung--better than when I was a kiddo, myself. A must for the family--Reacquaint yourself with The Flintstones. Life was simpler in the stone age!Where have The Flintstones gone?
