Carmen Electra leads a series of workouts combining the most useful elements of the striptease--dancing, and exercise. She begins with a low-intensity workout aimed at the abdomen, thighs, buttocks, and hips, featuring a full warm-up and three cardio dance routines.     Good for a change, not a hardcore routine

    Definetly get the set over just getting one. They build off of each other and provide more of a well-rounded workout. DVD 1 - isn't bad, and provides you with a change-up when working out so you don't get bored. Fun dance moves. DVD 2 - Great workout, a real workout that targets a lot of muscles DVD 3 - Pretty lousy. Difficult to follow because she wants you to use lots of props and isn't long or challenging. DVD 4 - Not a great workout, per se, but a really fun routine. DVD 5 - Haven't tried yet! Overall, it's worth it if you're looking for something different, but don't get it if you're looking for a hardcore workout.

    Carmen Electra's Striptease is fun!

    Ok so it is a little silly at times because...well...it's Carmen Electra, but all in all it is a fun low intensity workout that you can do in the privacy of your living room. It's almost inspiring to learn from and watch Carmen because you start thinking...wow she's hot, maybe if I do this and some other stuff I could look like her too...so for me personally it has helped. I've toned up a bit but like I said, semi-inspired by Carmen not a 100% direct result from Carmen. But if you are looking for some fun and a low intensity work out then I do suggest this set, invite some friends over and have some fun!

    Good beginner's workout...

    I love the striptease workout because it's different and not boring at all. These dvds are fun, but not really "aerobic" in the sense that your heart rate increases and you sweat. I, honestly, didn't break a sweat, but maybe that's because I'm already sort of fit and these low intensity moves were just that - very low intensity. It was fun to learn all of the moves and routines, but certainly not an intense workout. The routines are very short! One of the dvds requires props and it's a little hard to catch on - you really have to rewind over and over again to get it, but still fun! A great workout for beginners and great as a fun activity with your friends. Also, it's a plus if you're really flexible - Carmen is super flexible so she looks great doing these moves but for average ...

    Sexiest way to lose weight and rev up your love lifetoo

    Loved this DVD! If your sick and tired of boxing, kicking, jumping up and down and making your boobs hurt look no furthur! If your also looking for a way to feel sexy and thinking ummm? how do I rev up my love life alittle THIS IS IT! I bought this DVD and I did wonder how it was going to be! I got it super fast from a fabulous seller (she's a doll)and I popped that baby in lickity split! (no pun intended) hehehe Like we all do I fast forwarded it to see the contents and stopped here and there to get a feel for it! was amazed! yeah Carmens one of those that doesn't have kids so she's still tight as a board! but girls like us can do it! I started the first day I got it and felt it the next day! but I wasn't jumping up and down and killing myself either! I was learning ...

    Carmen Electra's Amazing Workouts!

    I saw this item many years when it came out retailing for $60, including 5 DVD's. I had heard that this was all the rage in Hollywood, using striptease as a workout and it sounded fun, unlinke the usual corny jazzercise videos. After trying it I can say it is by far the best workout video including everything from stratching to the most important, Cardio. It was easy to follow and provides an amazing workout leaving you feeling like you actually did something. I highly recommend this DVD set for anyone interested in having a good time while getting in shape.
