Disappointed because it will not install on a sloped ceiling
I really love this fan. It's high quality. Built very well. Unfortunately, I could not use it in my home as we have sloped ceilings. I gave it as because it is clearly noted that you can not use on a sloped ceiling. I had to do a lot of extra research and did everything I could to get it to work. The second issue that isn't clear before buying the fan is that you need the wire run from your box to the ceiling and then an additional 3 wire from the ceiling to the switch to be able to install. Due to have vaulted ceilings, it would be a lot of money to get the wire added to install. You can not hook up the fan control directly to your run from the electrical box. I would not have ordered if these things were clearly stated. Especially that you can not install on sloped ceilings. If you have ... I really love this fan. It's high quality. Built very well. Poor quality.
Bought two of these for a remodel project. They look cool and the oscillating feature is a nice touch. After a short time one fan stopped oscillating. Then the other fan started making loud noises when oscillating. I still use the fans but I’m pretty disappointed they aren’t fully functional. Poor quality.

The oscillating part works great. The fan motor itself doesn't work! After installing it and turning it on the fan motor would barely turn and it hardly moved any air at all. The next time I turned it on it would not come on so I won't the blades to get it spinning and it would run and everytime I would turn it on I would have to bump the blades to get it running. After about 2 days it will not turn at. I'm sure this company makes a good product but this one in particular is a lemon which makes me afraid to purchase anything else from them. Cool Fan
Not only is the ceiling fan unique in design, it does a great job circulating air throughout the room. I love the oscillating feature.
