Product Information

Based on the intense, 2003 PC version of the first-person shooter, the Xbox edition of Delta Force: Black Hawk Down offers real-world warfare and extensive support for online multiplayer gaming. The game represents Novalogic's thoroughly researched interpretation of Operation Restore Hope, casting players as fictional characters in the center of the real-world event that took place in Somalia in 1993. Players can choose from the roles of Sniper, Gunner, CQB (Close Quarter Battle) specialist, or Medic. <br><br>As in previous Delta Force games, players must use intelligent tactics as they lead their squads through battles in large, outdoor environments. As many as 50 players can fight together over the Xbox Live service -- the highest number of single-session players supported by any Xbox game at the time of release. Eight modes of play are available online, including Deathmatch, Search & Destroy, Capture the Flag, and Team King of the Hill. A split-screen co-op mode is also available, for up to four players, and 16 single-player missions are included as well. <br><br>Publisher Novalogic has pledged a portion of the proceeds from the Xbox version of Delta Force: Black Hawk Down to the Special Operations Warrior Foundation, a charitable organization that provides financial aid, educational counseling, and scholarship grants to the children of Special Operations personnel who were killed in the line of duty.

    its a good to have when bord of halo and other shooters

    its ok the online is fun for about a week then you get bord of getting sniped every tome you walk out side the building!!! its a sold game not a great game but sold if you can get good at it and i mean really good online is sweet and fast and fun one - is you can drive but you can ride thats ok !!!!!!! getting good at sniping willmake it a lot more fun online still the game is goo not wearth 50.00 but 30.00 would have been a good # to start the price off at so it is fun if you get good i never played single player but sniping in xbox live was sweet and fun!!!!!!!!it is always godd to play when you get tired og halo and other shooters!!!!!!!!!

    Delta Force Black Hawk Down Xbox

    This is a great game. I am in the middle of it and it is HARD. I only beat the first actual level. (There is a training camp level). It takes place in Somali, where you experience battles that US Special Forces encountered in 1993. Note: if you are a cheat fanatic and use cheats in every game, this game is not for you. There are no cheats. It is very fun all the same.

    Black Hawk Down is awesome!

    I like to play on xbox live,and war games are the best.Call Of Duty 2 was my favorite until I got Black Hawk Down.This game rocks!The best live online game I have played.There are up to 60 players online in one game at the same time!It could use more online maps,but the maps it has are pretty good.All in all, I rate this game a 10 out of 10.I love it and you will to!
