Dr. Ho’s Back Relief Belt
This is my first time trying the Dr. Ho’s Pain Relief Belt. I wasn’t sure what to expect, but have seen the tv infomercial a few times and have been looking for a cheaper used version, when I came across it here. I got a great deal, and was prepared to have a used Belt, but this arrived brand new in the box! A wonderful surprise! The belt itself does take some practice. In order to really get the most out of it, the most decompression of the lumbar vertebrae, the Belt has to be terribly tight first. Then, when I inflate the belt itself to achieve that decompression, sometimes the handheld pump starts to leak out that precious air either during pumping or during removal of the pump. However, with more practice 8 have gotten a little better at this part. If I get the belt tight enough in ... This is my first time trying the Dr. Ho’s Pain Relief Belt. If I get the belt tight enough in the beginning, and master the pump usage, the belt DOES provide the decompression it describes on the box and in the infomercial. It takes practice, though, and some patience. But after several surgeries and years of back pain, it’s worth the effort! I give the belt a thumbs up for providing back pain relief, sciatica Relief, and would suggest it to others. Just be ready to have a learning curve to get the most out of it.

It really works
This ie the 3rd. belt i brought, one for myself , which i used over 10 years and two for my friends , who also have back problems, i didn't even think there was such a product that work and help so much, saved me from back surgery. Highly recommend. Love it.

Dr Ho"s decompression belt. AWESOME!!!!!@!
This belt instantly removes my hip and lower back pain when i pump it up. Also good support just as it is without air. Sometimes you have to readjust position of the belt to work right. I have found about an inch below the belly button works the best. A10 and thumbs ip Dr Ho
