Product Information

This fourth full release in the series that first brought the techno-thriller fiction of author Tom Clancy to the forefront of gamer consciousness, Rainbow Six: Lockdown deploys its counter-terrorism challenges on PC and all three 128-bit generation consoles. The Rainbow Six games are known for allowing players to target sophisticated objectives with surgical strike styled operations, and featuring characters and squads that become more skillful with successful missions. Lockdown turns the tables, challenging Team Rainbow with vengeful enemies who become more deadly as the game progresses. Gameplay follows the format of earlier Rainbow Six games, as players choose a three-soldier team from an international selection of crack operatives, then plan and execute their operation. A new single-player mode lets player take the role of Ding Chavez, returning leader of Team Rainbow, or Dieter Weber, a sniper who must provide cover from afar for his teammates, as they execute their orders in enemy installations. The Xbox version of Tom Clancy's Rainbow Six: Lockdown is playable over the Xbox Live network, and supports an exclusive "Career" mode that lets players create and develop a custom multiplayer character.

    Lockdown revisited

    I had this title before with the old XBox. I finally gave up and sold it because it wasn't backwards compatable with the 360. Immediately after it became backwards compatable, I picked it up here at a great price. The game is really fun and easy to learn. I always appreciate a good challenge and Lockdown offers one with each mission. The LIVE play needs improvement. There are only seven adversarial maps.

    Tom Clancy's Rainbow Six Lockdown

    When I first bought this game, I did mainly because I was collecting all the Tom Clancy games. When I got it, I decided to play it. The campaign was awesome. You either always play as Ding Chavez as a Team Leader or as Dieter Weber as sniper. The levels are awesome but the graphics could be a little better but they are still great. The even better part of the game is the live play. The main addition of this game is the PEC Mode in which you pick a class (Commando, Spec-Ops, Medic, or Engineer) and train your character and bring his level up. You also earn credits and buy stuff like armor, headgear, camos, and grenades. The only problem is that you can only go to level 40, but that is no big deal. Overall, this is a great game with a great online play. I would definitly recommend it to ...

    DONT LISTEN TO THAT JOKER!!

    I be real on this game. Graphic for this are really good, the game play is very fluid. Online is adictive very adictive. Glitches are not that bad but there are some most of them will screw you cause they take you out of the map and help you none. Other then that it has a new thing called PEC which you can choose (online) your profession, be it a medic, spec op, engineer, or a commando. Guns are great and you have several diffent granades, camos, head gear, armor, knives, medpacs proxy mines, and flashes so on. there is 9 different maps, and 4 different styles of gameplay.. So when that joker talks about the game he doesnt know what he is talking about nothing like Halo cause I personally hate Halo.

    Great Action

    I am not a big gammer, though I like the single shooter, special opp's games. It is all about the stealth, and trying to figure out, how to get in, and out of places, along with achieving the missions set upon you. I have purchased 3 or 4 of Tom Clancys games and enjoy them all. You can't go wrong with these games, if you like using different weapons, and the options you can use in order to complete the missions.

    Its a good game. Very fun, but It's too old (graphic)

    This game is very fun to play; however, it looks so old. The graphic isnt dat much, but the content is excellent. U will enjoy every step of it. I still like it. I was gonna forget that one: the mixture is one more thing I didnt like. I like it better when it's war style. That one is a mission type.
