Doctor Who - Spearhead From Space
I have been a fan of the Fourth Doctor (Tom Baker) every since the late 70s. The Tenth Doctor (David Tennant) is the only one who comes close to my favorite doctor. I have seen some of the others, but these two are the best in my opinion. Having been a fan since "way back when", I felt ashamed that I have never seen an episode from the first three doctors. I decided to try out the Third Doctor (John Pertwee) in his first adventure, The Spearhead From Space. I was not disappointed. John Pertwee is a combination of the Fourth Doctor and James Bond. The Spearhead From Space combines 60s/70s schlock with great storytelling and entertaining performances. I highly recommend this adventure to those who harken back to the simpler days of sci-fi television. Bravo, John Pertwee! I ... Doctor Who, Part of the Jon Pertwee Collection.

A NEW DOCTOR, SAME TROUBLES
This is the first story featuring the third regeneration of the Doctor (played by Jon Pertwee), and the episode in which he becomes Scientific Advisor to U.N.I.T. The Autons invade Earth, and the Doctor has arrived on Earth to stop them. The Doctor tries to convince U.N.I.T.'s Brigadier Lethbridge-Steward that he is still the same Doctor, even though he has a new body due to regeneration. A great Doctor Who series to see if they like you and looking at the movie it was perfect no scratches or dents nothing wrong with the CD I saw the same day that it arrived.
