We immediately got back to customer the next business day. We sent customer every thing he had asked about in his multiple messages. Item was not damaged once it was out of our possession. If item arrived damaged all customer had to do was communicate that with us and we would have been more than happy to send him a replacement one out, this is the first time we are hearing about a damaged item.

But after I warned him about the mistake, he try to solve the problem. As I live in another country and the tax on the products received is very expensive, he suggested sending another helmet for free. But he sended just the facemask of the correct model.
