    Lifetime Maps is a Joke

    The suction cup is horrible and it wiggles all around when you hit small bumps any bumps and the screen is high gloss glass so I spent more time adjusting the glare off than using it as a GPS. Other than that, works good. Oh wait, forgot to mention - TOMTOM NO LONGER SUPPORTS THIS ITEM - CAN'T UPDATE MAPS!

    Super Great GPS easy to use

    I bought the GO 2535M Live! for the traffic feature. It is excellent, much more accurate than the competitive GPS that I've been using. There is a learning curve when changing over to another system, but I'm getting up to speed. There are differences, but once you figure them out I haven't found a better GPS than the GO 2535M Live! I also like the "MyTomTom" feature, that sends you any updated files to you whenever you plug your TT into your PC (I'm on Mac). It tells you that there are new updates for your TT, then asks if you would like to download them. I recommend the GO 2535M Live! without hesitation.

    FRUSTRATING - great and stupid design elements

    GREAT PRODUCT. BUT Tom Tom dropped the ball on 3 hugely important features that should be simple software updates: (1) No compass arrow (2) No addresses provided for POI - stupid at its finest (3) No menu item for "travel to an intersection" All these were features on my prior Tom Tom products I miss that are AGGRAVATING to not have. Also, one more screen tap is needed to type in an address than older models, also stupid. Limited voices to choose from. Can I please have my old features back?

    Great Tom Tom GPS

    Very good GPS device which is easily prrogrammed just as my very first one was, unlike a newer model which I never could program because it had no hints about how to do it. It also attaches to the windshield solidly, unlike some previous ones.

    Worst device ever!!! return policy sucks!!!

    Terrible GPS doesnt sync with a Mac. I tried to update this device since without it the device wouldnt work since it stopped working. After several failed attempts and with customer support (an oxymoron) I ended up being told to return it. I also have to pay to do so since Tomtom wont cover it after 90 days which i am about at 120 days out. so now I have to waste more time and money on this POS. Additionally they wont be sending me a new one only a refurbed one and one that refuse to guarantee is loaded with the update. so I may be stuck again with another persons POS and have to return it. Dont buy!!! I bought this unit directly from Tomtom.
