    Good ideas good read

    Very good book, lots of examples from all aspects of life for a reader to "get it". I also watched his TEDtalk where he briefly described this idea of WHY. Don't expect it to be HOW-To type of book, there are guides to find your WHY but not the steps. Liked it , recommend it.

    Great book!

    Simple idea, difficult to implement consistantly daily, it takes work to be a great leader. If your looking for a fix all silver bullet or get rich quick scheme this book was not intended for you. If you want to challenge the status quo in your personal and professional life, and your willing to make a real effort at implementation of the idea of being a good human being for yourself, wife, husband, children and career, this book can be life changing! If your on the fence about the purchase of this book, I highly recommend his videos on YouTube first. You'll know and understand if this books for you after the first 3 minutes guaranteed!

    Now one of my top books on marketing

    This book is compelling as a concept for sales promotion, building a company and staying in the market. Personally, my sales promotion and presentations have been changed as a result of this book. Another review will have to be on my results.

    Why don't we all get it?

    Great book that is right on target and a nice read. I think that not having the Why and lack of direction/management is what is killing American innovation. I'm going to read the remainder of Simon Sinek's books now.
