    All-in-one resource for mgrs, teachers, team leaders!!

    Excellent lecture materials with corresponding exercises and scenarios, complete with specific debriefing questions. One-stop shopping for anyone wanting to save hundreds (thousands) of dollars hiring outside team-building vendors, these are the same activities and lessons they offer, and most of these exercises are simple enough to organize and execute with one or two leaders. After extensive research of this arena, this book is one of the few MUST HAVEs, and a perfect place to start!!!!
