Product Information

Enjoy time with family and friends watching this animated series, "Captain N: The Game Master - The Complete Series." This program incorporated many Nintendo video game elements and was a hit show on NBC from 1989 to 1991. When villainous Mother Brain and her Forces of Chaos team attempt to conquer Videoland, a group known as the N-Team attempt to thwart her plans by pulling teenager Kevin Keene through a vortex into Videoland so he can lead their people as Captain-N. With a total of 26 episodes, enjoy the complete series with this four DVD box set and have an incredible time watching the riveting tale of adventure and action as Keene tries to save Videoland. Along the way, watch him and his team encounter numerous other foes, such as dangerous dragons and Donkey Kong.

    Amazing show, but incomplete “set.”

    Incredible show, could not ask for a better series to bring me back to the 90s. Disc 3 is missing a few minutes from one of the episodes as a defect and I seriously doubt replacement discs are floating around at a reasonable price, but it’s still an excellent set. Two issues with this set: 1) They packed too many episodes on each disc. The episode counts are 7 - 6 - 7 - 6. 2) They did not include season 3 in this set, and the DVD set with Season 3 is just as outrageously priced as this set. Well worth it for collectors.

    Waiting for Captain N in years to have!

    I’ve been wanting to get this DVD set for a long time since it originally came out back in 2006. But doing those years I was a little broke back then, and finally after saving up some good sums of money I finally earned it. Thanks so much for this, I certainly appreciate it!

    Some good Cheese!

    Pure nostalgia!!! This was my fav Saturday morning cartoon!! Everything about it is "meh" but its campy fun!

    M-m-m-mother Brain!!!

    Ahh, Captain N the Game Master.. I remember Saturday mornings, french toast, and thumping my little brother on the head when he got in front of the tv. This DVD set is great! Perfect audio and video, excellent menus and lots of extra features. If you're any kind of old school Nintendo fan, this is for you.

    a must buy for any gamer

    Great blast from the past. A great gift for retro gamers or cartoon lovers. Covers the entire run of the show plus some bonus content as well. I loved it as a kid and its awesome to be able to watch it with my kid now.
