    Ok, so the people that are reading this now and have worry/anxiety problems, you need to BUY THIS BOOK! This is comming to you from an extreme worry-wart; it has literally changed my life! I laugh sometimes because I have spent thousands upon thousands of dollars on therapy, when all I needed was this book! It has helped me WAY more than any Doctor out there! And I should know, because my Doctor's have been trying to help my anxiety for over 20 years. It is by-far the best thing I have EVER spent my money on!!!!
