Very disappointed. I paid for item and shipping, and notified the seller twice that I had not received. I'd hoped they would follow up and resolve. It has been almost a month and I still have not received. All they have told me is to keep waiting. USPS has not been able to track since May 2nd. eBay put my resolution on hold for over 3 weeks. I purchased this to give as a gift but had to buy something else instead. I'm not waiting any longer.

Your order was promptly shipped out the next day after it was placed. I always refund buyers first if there is a delay with USPS. But your package is on time, it takes 4-6 weeks from Missouri to Hawaii through USPS ground. I’ve confirmed with Hawaii’s USPS that it’s within the expected timeframe and forwarded their email to you. But you refused to believe it. After that I offered to send you full refund first, on condition that you return the item if receive it later. You also turned that down.

    Looks and works OK

    This coffeemaker has a grinder that is used as part of the brewing process and you may also brew using pre-ground coffee and skip that part. The grinder makes quite a loud sound for 30 seconds, then the brewing process continues. My machine was used, and had some noticeable marks that appear to have been made by tape. on the sides. Otherwise, the unit looks and works like a new one. I gave the review 4 stars because I do not think the machine brews as well as an older model Cuisinart it was to replace--that is, the taste of the brewed coffee is not as good. I have learned from many different brewers that you just do not know how a particular model or even unit is going to work for you until you brew with it. Altogether, I am pleased with my purchase from eBay.

    Makes a very good cup of coffee from beans !

    It has nice features, a strong motor for grinding and it’s easy to clean and program.

    much better use if the instructions booklet was included

    Although great product the instructions booklet was missing..having a little difficulty trying to use the brew, or grind..especially the grind ..I have to open the top and refill grind with whole beans 🤔🤔🤔

    Great product I am a Cuisinart fan.

    My new coffee maker is great. We had a 10 cup Cuisinart and loved it. We love this 12 cup one as well. The DGB 400. is brewing coffee as I write this review. We use this brew grind 2 times a day every day. We are coffee drinkers and this Cuisinart coffee maker is a good buy. We were happy with the machine and the delivery time was very prompt. I would recommend this product.
