Not only is it a set of seven pinball machines that you can play, but it's also a set of faithful reproductions of classic machines throughout the ages.<br><br>Licensed and developed by Gottlieb & Company, the virtual replicas of classic pinball machines include Battle Ball (1931), Humpty Dumpty (1947), Knock Out (1950), Slick Chick (1963), Spirit of '76 (1976), Haunted House (1982), and Cue Ball Wizard (1992).<br><br>Each table is faithfully reproduced with photo-quality graphics, down to detailed glass backplates with the scores and bonus indicators. Realistic Pinball Experience
I love REAL pinball, and I absolutely love Microsoft Pinball Arcade. It has all the excitement of the real thing. One of my favorite tables, Spirit of '76, is a table I used to play on Saturday evenings at the roller skating rink back in the late 70s. Microsoft's version is true to the original experience, except I don't have to spend any quarters. The other six tables are excellent, also. I'm a busy person, and I like that I can play a pinball game in just a few spare minutes. I wish Microsoft would create several versions with even more tables. Microsoft Pinball Arcade
A great Pinball Simulator for the PC, A must have for Pinball Wizards young and old. Installed without a problem, doesn't need the CD-ROM after you install if you do a full install and controls are fully customizable. The ball physics of this game are excellent, the ball rolls as smooth and random as on a real table. The level of detail is very good too, you can actually forget you are looking at a screen! I ran this on a home built PC based arcade cabinet that runs Windows 98SE so I can't advise on how compatible it would be with say Windows XP or Vista.A great Pinball Simulator for the PC, A must have for Pinball Wizards young and old. An Oldie, but still a "Goodie".
Bought this because I LOVE Pinball, and good games at a cheap price aren't always easy t find. I really enjoy this game. The graphics are excellent. The games are all good. And, the response time on the flippers is as though it was a real game. I'm having a lot of fun with it.

An awesome pinball simulator.
I decided to buy this game because I had a trial version of it. The trial was good, but microsoft had stopped producing the game some time ago so I decided to try e-bay to get a copy. I love pinball games and this is the best simulator that I have ever played, dispite it's age. The ball even responds like you would expect it to in a real game. It has proveded many hours of good fun so far.
