If Lars likes it, so do I!
I thought it would be difficult or sound weird to come up with Metallica lullaby songs, but I was wrong. My husband and I are diehard fans and bought this CD on a whim. We love it and it lulls my baby son right to sleep. Of course, knowing what the original versions of the songs sound like, it was quite interesting to hear them in baby mode, but its great. I heard Lars Ulrich (Metallica's drummer, of course) talk about how he plays it for his child and how much he likes it. Directly from the source! This is one relaxing album

Not the best the label has to offer
Great for Metallica fans who can appreciate the Muzack versions of songs. I reccommend going to the record label's website and listening to tracks there before purchasing this Metallica one. If you are looking for a lullaby album, there are better ones by other bands from this same label.

Amazing! What a great idea for baby and Mom & Dad!
This is an amazing CD! The only thing I would watch out for are the songs that may be a little scary for your toddler or young child. I don't think a baby would understand, yet, but some songs are a little different as Metallica's songs tend to be! But, for Mom and Dad, this is great!
