Poor manufacture tuning knob loose. Battery supply strange need to buy a 14v dc supply to charge 1.5 volt lithium rechargeable batteries as the power consumption is high. No charger included.

    Outstanding

    For a "point and shoot" camera the M-590 a great camera. It is easy to use and takes wonderful pictures. I like the size because it fits in a shirt pocket without a problem. One feature I miss is the date stamp on the pictures but I can live without that. I wish that the lens was more in the center of the camera because I sometimes get my finger in the way of the lens when I am in a hurry but that is my fault . All in all the camera is a great piece of gear.

    Awesome Camera, Great Value for the money

    I just bought this camera today, and the batteries came halfway charged. I started taking pictures with it and was immediately impressed. The zoom is amazing and on smart capture, you can hold the shutter down and it will focus before snapping the shot on full zoom to get a clear picture! Also, the burst mode is awesome! It can take 3 pictures or 8 at once! Another thing is there is a tri-pod mount on the bottom of the camera and some reviews and websites said that it doesn't. The mount can also be used to attached the vertical grip but the grip is not necessary though to take vertical pictures, you can use your right pointer finger to switch from horizontal to vertical and then turn the camera vertically and snap the shot! Its as easy as that! Overall, great camera and I am very happy ...

    Issues with lens focusing,doesnt take all SD memories,get freezed, slow cam

    I bought this thinking ¨the camera keeps the lens inside always, that is a plus¨, but it is an issue, because while the camera is taking the videos the lens is moving all the time trying to focus, and this creates a lot of video skipping and blurings, and the sound doesnt match the people´s talking or moving. This camera got freezed with 30 mins of use, and doenst recognize all type/brand of SD memories, I dont know if KODAK wants the user buys KODAK SD MEMORIES exclusively, because I bought one of the best 8gb SD memories aviable and the camera says ¨the memory is slow, replace it!¨

    Kodak Camera

    I am amazed at how far we've come in cameras since I had my first "Brownie" box camera. I love how easy it is to take a quick picture and then send it across the country to my sister and brother. It is like magic. This is a great vendor and I will certainly use them again. Thanks so much.

    I really like this camera!

    I bought this specific camera because of it's simplicity and non-extruding zoom lens. Great camera, ok pictures and video is good on it too. Software within the camera tends to crash sometimes, but nothing a hard reset won't fix. I own two of these and i see these cameras great for those who just point and shoot. (also, camera survived a dip in the water, dried it up, a couple days later, works fine. I wish i knew that before i bought this one as a replacement)
